Attach PDF to Article
I looked at all the extensions and editors recommended, but I really cannot find a solution. I’ve come up with my own little solution, which is ugly but it will do the trick until someone comes up with an extension or editor fix to this problem – which I hope is soon. Below are steps to link a PDF icon image to the PDF file in your images directory.
GCalendar
The GCalendar component allows us to connect a Google calendar to Joomla!. We created a gmail account to manage 3 calendars for the Stroke Club: Adults (brown colour), All (blue) and Young (green). These calendars are presented in “Event Calendar” menu. In same page there is a list of 5 “Upcoming Events”. “Upcoming Events” are shown on the front page as well. The calendars are public, this means than any member of the stroke club can copy events in his/her Google Calendar. Members using Microsoft Outlook should read “Introduction to Google Calendar Synchronization”.
Google Calendar in Joomla
The Joomla GCalendar is a Google Calendar bridge to Joomla. The project is hosted at code.google.com where you can find code, project announcements, and their support links.
